RightTime : These measures are actually very good for mid to long term. China's policy is to inject measured and targeted stimulus (compounding multiplier effect), mindful of the danger of a backlash in the future for "printing" money. However, this is not what investors want to see... They want "boomz" immediate injection and get the party started.
