National Day Promo. Confusing sequence and process
How do we know if we got the 5.8% interest deal?
I saw the promo banner and clicked on it, followed the slider image instructions and deposited the funds and subscribed to the Fullerton fund, after which i did the 5 trade requirement but i dont see anything to claim, no indicator that all are done, etc.
Moomoo keeps saying in these forums or auto reply whatsapp that I need to “sign up” first but the banner landing page have no sign up button, the only options there are TRANSFER IN or DEPOSIT (which i clicked Deposit).

102157708 : @Moomoo Buddy tell the promo planning team that they should follow the process, transparency of accumulated fund/return and days countdown in the Cash Fund Upsized 5% for 90days run last year. that one is good example. this 5.8% promo process and rule are confusing.

DLTVFGOP Moomoo Buddy: There is no “CLAIM THE REWARDS” button on the banner and landing page. Your page literally have a slider set of images showing the steps and none of it shows tapping “claim the rewards” at all.
DLTVFGOP : From top to bottom. Those are what we see and there is no “Claim the Rewards” option at all. The only call to action on the main page are the ones in the second photo. In fact, your STEP ONE does not show any of the steps you mentioned in this thread.
You guys can’t make up arbitrary steps!
