Where’s the excitement?
$Alphabet-C(GOOG.US$ revenue growth ~7% net Income ~14.8%.
with interest rate at ~5%, does 7% matters much compared with the risk?
Net income comes from managing expense.
Search and Youtube as main revenue driver are below interest rate. Cloud while growing ~30%, the net income is only ~5% of revenue.
So where’s the excitement coming from?
Selling put will be better bet I think compared to chasing this gap up or buying calls.
