PLS Plantations Bhd (PLS Plantations Bhd, “PLS Farming” or “the Group”), a leading player in the agri-food sector in Malaysia, has reached a strategic partnership with Agrofresh Management Private Limited (“Agrofresh”) through Brighthill Synergy Private Limited (“Agrofresh”) to jointly develop Malaysia's largest banana plantation.

Agrofresh is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Agrofresh International Private Limited (“Agrofresh International” for short), a mature enterprise with extensive business involved in the entire agricultural value chain. The company specializes in the production of bananas, including R&D, breeding, planting, packaging, trading, and exports to China, Europe and the Middle East.
