Promotion Issue

Yesterday I deposited $10k and got $58 vouchers as promised. Then I proceeded to complete 5 buys with Fullerton Cash Funds as there was 1 year commission free trades and 5.8% pa for 30 days on the cash fund. What was not told to me by the promotor (looked like an intern) was that I did not realise this promotion was an on going National Day Promotion. I did not click "Clam Rewards" before buying the cash fund. I realised this when I did not receive the 1 year commission free trade voucher.

Just want to find out if anyone experience similar issue. Please check your account. Can Moomoo look into this immediately? I felt cheated because of the miscommunications. I have already contacted helpdesk agents for help. I am waiting for their replies tomorrow.
