Geo Energy Resources (RE4.SG) Technical Analysis
$Geo Energy Res(RE4.SG$ has been trading rather weak as the 5 day chart show that it is trending downwards.
I was looking for some opportunities in the Singapore Stock and AI model did provide me a potential stock that could be coming.
I shall share in this article on how I use Technical Analysis to identify if RE4.SG does have potential for a proper uptrend.
RE4.SG On Average Directional Index (ADX)
RE4.SG is having a strong trend as ADX line is currently above 40. I would consider to place a trade.
But do note that +Di cross below -DI has suggest a Bearish signal (SELL) for RE4.SG. But before making the decision, it might be better to look at 2 other indicators.
For now, I would see that this stock can be monitored for opportunity for entry.
RE4.SG On Relative Strength Index (RSI)
RE4.SG has just came out from oversold and reenter with a strong momentum, this to me is an indication that it should be undergoing reversal for the bullish side.
I shall use SAR to check if it is true.
RE4.SG On Parabolic SAR
From the SAR chart, we can see that RE4.SG is experiencing a reversal, I can see that a potential bullish reversal is coming.
I will monitor this stock closely for a good entry price.
Summary
From what I have gathered, it seem like RE4.SG is currently in a strong trend from ADX, but +DI and -DI did suggest that it is undergoing a bearish signal.
But there is a potential that +DI would cross over -DI. But RSI and SAR indicate to me that this stock could be coming for a bullish uptrend move.
Hence I would monitor and prepare to buy this stock.
So I think it is also wise to follow the news and fundamental so that we can have more information to enhance our decision making.
