It's like a used car dealer selling you a car and after all the paperwork is complete and the money is in his pocket, the used car dealer says the engine is blown, the car is worthless and you can't have your money back.
David Michery Sold over 200 million in toxic warrants during which he created several fraudulent pumps. The most notable was with Lawrence Hardge.
David Michery never mentioned any of these things while this was going on and was legally bound to do so.
Criminals do not get a free pass for admitting their crimes and if anything this forward looking statement is very incriminating and David Michery was dumb enough to file it with the SEC.
Basically he took 200 m from shareholders knowing these things were true and never disclosed it to the shareholders.

If that 8k was full of positive forward looking statements they would say it’s bullish. If that 8k is full of negative looking statements they say it’s bullish.
Retail bulls are just ** gamblers who dump all their funds in 1 direction and hold, they’re not even traders. A trader wouldn’t perma bull they would read the 8k and not pretend it’s fake or that lawyers messed it up like what the fuck lmao.
