Clinical trial to FDA approval is normally a long process, which can take 10-15 years, way beyond the cvr expiration date. On top of that they still haven't started pre-clinical on non-primates.
Only play here is a short squeeze, but there's really no shorts. Maybe a fomo play.

JustSurface : $Eli Lilly and Co (LLY.US)$ has financed and worked with $Sigilon Therapeutics (SGTX.US)$ since 2018. makes me think they can get this to market pretty quick to offer a buy out at this point
