People underestimate how strong Disneys second mover advantage into streaming is. Look at Netflix, it’s worth more then Disney right now and doesn’t have nearly the diversity in revenue. Disney gained subs extremely fast and is adding a ad tier. They will probably implement password sharing restrictions once they pass 200M. There is so much juice to squeeze in streaming. Ultimately a media company’s biggest asset is its IP and Disney has the most valuable.
Now yes, there are short term issues like the political stuff, linear networks and costs (in general). But DIS will be fine long term.
