HSBC Issues USD2B Subordinated Unsecured Notes at Annual Rate of 6.547%

HSBC HOLDINGS announced that it has issued US$2 billion 6.547% Fixed Rate/Floating Rate Subordinated Unsecured Notes due 2034 (the Notes) pursuant to an indenture dated 12 March 2014.

Application will be made to list the Notes on the New York Stock Exchange, the announcement added.
