XIAOMI Buys back 2.2M Shrs for $23.4M

$XIAOMI-W(01810.HK)$ disclosed that on 12 June, it had repurchased 2.2 million shares of the company on the Stock Exchange at $10.62-10.66 per share, involving a total of about $23.4 million.

Since the passing of the ordinary resolution, a total of 6.6 million shares have been repurchased by the company, accounting for 0.03% of its share capital.
