The SEC and FINRA are closely monitoring this and other Tickers. They have been regularly contacting me for updates on Moomoo's responses or rather lack there of to the Criminal Activity and regrettably, Moomoo is protecting the Criminals so I will never be placing money within this system until they make serious changes and start following their own TOS.
