$VACASA INC(VCSA.US$Last year many post spac company go to ashes about 1 dollar level, some below book value. We don’t because of negative book value… Pretty cheap for 3 reasons: bad environment for growth, some are fraud or too risky, founder has big share tends to rip off shareholders. Without 2 and 3, it’s best time to buy. vacasa did have 2 last year…
Silicon Valley still pay 10 million in shares to executive, 1 million per year for a stupid employee. Any profit goes to employee… Then they do some bankrupcy or share offering with low price and wipe out shareholders. Forceful directors from big investors is great great good thing to prevent consipracy. I like the news
