will we really get up to 4% ?
“From the Effective Date, the distribution policy is to make semi-annual distributions in June and December each year of up to 4% per annum (or such other frequency or percentage as UOBAM may from time to time determine) of the initial issue price of the SGD Class Units or of the NAV per unit of the SGD Class Units as at such date as UOBAM may from time to time determine.
As such, from 2023 onwards, semi-annual distributions (instead of quarterly distributions) will be made to investors in June and December of each year.”
