Apple WWDC - What’s Releasing?!

$Apple(AAPL.US)$ set to announce new products in the coming WWDC on 5th June (US time). Here’s everything you can expect from the event:
1. AR/VR Mixed-Reality Headset
Can be used for communication, video consumption, wellness, gaming, and productivity. It utilizes a pair of bright 4K screens for VR and a video pass-through mode for AR, switchable via a Digital Crown + external battery pack and will rely on AirPods for enhanced spatial audio. Probably priced around $3,000 with conservative initial roll-out in the US.

2. Macs + macOS 14
Probably ntroducing a 15-inch MacBook Air and an updated Mac Studio line featuring new M2 Max and M2 Ultra configurations. The M2 Ultra chip, boasting 24 CPU cores and up to 76 graphics cores, may also be integrated into the Mac Pro. Concurrently, Apple is working on M3 versions of other Mac devices, while the new Mac OS, codenamed Sunburst, will primarily focus on compatibility with new features in iOS 17 and iPadOS 17.

3. iOS17 and iPadOS 17
We could see Apple introduce a smart display mode for locked, landscape-orientated iPhones, offering calendar details and other info. It will feature a journaling app for sharing activities and tracking moods, and an upgraded Wallet app with better integration with third-party credit cards. Further enhancements include SharePlay updates related to the Apple headset, easier content sharing via AirPlay, and an expanded Health app that also debuts on iPadassibility features and performance enhancements are also on the agenda.

4. WatchOS 10
Widgets for Apple Watch! These widgets will resemble those on iOS and iPadOS home screens, providing easy access to information like weather, stocks, and calendar appointments. Changes include altering the Digital Crown function to open the widgets interface instead of the standard home screen app array, and redesigning core apps to utilize the larger displays on the Apple Watch Ultra and larger standard models.
