TVB Chairman Reveals Replacement of 57% Senior Mgmt, Hopes to Resume Div ASAP

$TVB(00511.HK)$ held its annual general meeting recently. Thomas Hui, TVB Chairman, revealed that the group has been promoting the reform program and replacing 57% of senior management, with 50%-60% of the new team being young people.

Hui said that he is also a shareholder, and therefore hopes that the company will resume dividend payment as soon as possible. The board of directors will consider the financial, development and return, and handle the dividend issue under the premise of maximizing the interests of shareholders.

He also hoped that losses in its e-commerce business could narrow.
