Musk in China: What's the Story Between China and Tesla?
Elon Musk is presently on a visit to Tesla's Shanghai factory and government officials in China this week. This trip is noteworthy because it is the first time in three years that the Tesla CEO is traveling to China. Tesla's stock price rose to over $204 during yesterday's trading session and closed at $201.16.
Musk spoke to Chinese Foreign Minister yesterday and said Tesla is willing to expand its business in China. China is a crucial market for Tesla as it is currently the largest market worldwide for electric vehicles. Tesla sold around 440,000 units in China in the year 2022, which accounts for roughly one-third of its total unit sales.
In addition to the high sales figures in China, Tesla's third Gigafactory has also been constructed in Shanghai.
For Tesla investors, even though the fierce competition in China's electric car market, they still hope that China can bring more sales and production capacity to Tesla to drive Tesla's stock price.
Tesla's stock has risen 63.31% from the beginning of the year. Do you think this visit to China will boost Tesla's stock price? What is your target price for Tesla this week?

careful Hyena_7401 : in order to retrieve lost funds invested & sold during late 2022 and all of 2023, TSLA must increase to above 220 per share. Life was better before TSLA stock split in mid 2022.

agreeable Flamingo_7 : I’ve set sell orders every.50 cents till it hits $220 a share. I the stock moves like recent history it’ll retrace back to a great buy zone and I’ll repurchase all shares sold plus some

careful Hyena_7401 agreeable Flamingo_7: Great strategy.
I'm terrified of options. So needless to say, I haven't taken any chances. Because of TSLA stock being unstable, I've lost thousands from panick selling. Then, re-buying too late as it starts to go up, thus losing money twice.
I wish Musk wouldn't have broken up his TSLA when it was $800. I was super happy when I'd saved enough to buy a full share. Then he divided it into 1/4's.
