SHENZHENEXPRESS Subsidiary Joins MEITUAN to Develop New Utilization Model for Car Resources
Shanghai Securities News learned from $SHENZHENEXPRESS(00548.HK$ that its subsidiary Qiantai signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Hanhai Information Technology (Shanghai), an affiliate of $MEITUAN-W(03690.HK$ , on the purchase and sale of vehicle resources.
Qiantai and Meituan will work together to develop the management strategy of the entire life cycle of Meituan's electric vehicle battery, and explore a new model of integrated utilization of vehicle and battery resources.
The two parties will cooperate in the design, research and development, and operation management of the whole life cycle of electric bicycles, jointly explore the research and development of "battery bank" products and bicycle battery replacement services, and build a new industrial space to construct a closed-loop "green industry chain".
