b34r : It's one thing if it's a stable profitable business, but Grab is still a startup burning through cash. Co-founder leaving is a bad sign.Hooi Ling only holds 0.59% of the company, so i guess she can quietly sell off once she leaves, won't have to file and likely won't trigger anything.
luxcan : It might not be a bad thing as it's time for Grab to look for someone who is able to "stablize" the company.
