3. The competitive landscape of the Internet industry is not good. Even $KUAISHOU-W(01024.HK$ can grab quota in various territories. To what extent Douyin is so strong? What does the Internet say about the competition barriers? $TENCENT(00700.HK$ is more obvious, others are not so obvious.

Denkamwe : I’ve never once felt that Baba was “complaining” or blaming macro reasons. As market leader, macro reasons may impact operations to a certain degree, but Baba’s management has proven time and time again that they’re adapting quickly and following through on their promises. They said they would pursue high quality, sustainable growth (read: profitable), and they said they would restructure and provided detailed plans on how they will unlock value.
