It was Thursday or Friday it hit 12.40$ before it dropped to the current price we at 11.40 - 11.60. The company became profitable because they not only service government they expand their services to the public a year or two ago. If they continue profiting most likely will move up. I'm trap at a high 18$ just so you know you can make your decision.
