Apple bans employees from using ChatGPT

While most companies seem to be going all in on AI, $Apple(AAPL.US)$ seems to be doing the contrary.
According to the WSJ, Apple just banned the use of AI tools such as $Microsoft(MSFT.US)$ ChatGPT, with concerns of potential leaks of confidential data.

This move, while understandable, seems a bit odd.
OpenAI recently introduced a feature that allows users to turn off chat history, which prevents the AI model from training on that data.
