$Ault Alliance(AULT.US$ whole reason i got into thisnplay was for the spinoff shares. they delayed the spin off just to reverse split. now i will get way less spin offs from the split ![]()

4009 : Every company will have a stock spin-off. We can just do a band to earn a small portion of the profit, so that it doesn't split the shares and has no effect on us
