first a warm welcome to all the MY friends (~chingus)  joining moomoo! 

actually, as many of us know rite, many SG and MY people are chingus or have some relatives in SG/MY.. and  i think hor   many enterprising MY chingus with good foresight already have  moomoo accounts in SG and are investing in SG cashplus liao

then hor, we know many MY chingus come to SG to work daily or stay in SG to contribute to SG economy and leveraging on the highly favorable exchange rate ... while the rest of us just visit JB frequently to improve our neighbourly ties and contribute to the GDP and of course,  also leverage on the highly favorable exchange rate ..

i know many SG people are super jealous of MY chinkus living in their big landed houses compared to SG smaller HDB flats for the same CAPEX investment outlay and so i heard many enterprising SG chingus like the 1M65 guru are now flocking to JB to buy landed properties before the MY gahmen "copy and paste" the 60% foreigners ABSD yah..

too bad I got no money to buy so I can only wait for RTS not BTS to come around by 2026 to zoom back and forth more easily ah btw, i heard the RTS construction on SG side already reached halfway mark liao so the dream will soon come true barring any unforeseen quarrels betw our gahmens..
