$Palantir(PLTR.US)$ As long as the CEO is still using the SBC to pay himself. This is not a buy.

BullishPanda : SBC helps align employees’ interests with shareholders, encourages them to stay (vesting period) and reduce cash-based expenses. Probably need to balance between SBC and other forms of compensation but completely getting rid of SBC is nonsensical
