How a Bank like SVB, FRC or SI was Down? (Pattern)
After a big sudden drop in shares price observed, the following weeks stayed under consolidation mode and squeezed sometimes to very high price. But, pre or post trading hour loss like 30%, and they all finally hit their 52-week low, which then taken by FDIC at some point. FRC actually had a positive earning of around 256 million at the time of FDIC Seizure.
Share holder loss totally and big bank who bought gain profit overnight. This should be a lesson learned for investors who are into banking stocks. Be careful and good luck. To make a profit, hedge your stock or keep long-term short position or put option which partially win in case banking sectors down.
