$First Republic Bank(FRC.US$ anyone know what jp morgan paid to get frc ? or its just FDIC seized and wipe the whole value of FRC? shareholder get nothing? free gain for jpm?

I still thought there will be an acquisition price like how credit suisse was arranged to be taken over with a form of share or price offering. LoL. Any outcome over the weekend is the same lol
