McDonald’s, Eli Lilly among stocks hitting news highs

$McDonald's(MCD.US)$ shares rose slightly on Friday, bringing shares of the fast-food giant to trade near all-time highs dating back to its 1965 initial public offering. $Eli Lilly and Co(LLY.US)$ shares also gained, hitting highs back to 1952.
