AU Evening Wrap: ASX Rises 0.3%; Lake Rallies 18.5%, Regis Sinks

The $S&P/ASX 200(.XJO.AU)$ added 0.3 per cent, or 19.9 points, to 7381.5 on Monday, buoyed by gains across the financials and real estate sectors.

$Lake Resources NL(LKE.AU)$ climbed 18.5 per cent to 54.5¢ after Lilac increased its ownership of the Kachi project to 20 per cent.

$Transurban Group(TCL.AU)$ rose 0.3 per cent to $$14.79 after reporting that average daily traffic increased by 12.9 per cent in the March quarter compared to a year earlier, a record third quarter result for the business.

$AMA Group Ltd(AMA.AU)$ plunged 34.7 per cent to 16¢ after downgrading its earnings guidance due to worse-than-expected margin compression.

$Regis Resources Ltd(RRL.AU)$ fell 11.2 per cent to $2.15 after updating its guidance due to lower lower than expected gold output in the March quarter.

$EML Payments Ltd(EML.AU)$ jumped 13.9 per cent to 65.5¢ after appointing Kevin Murphy as interim chief executive as the company commences a global search for a permanent CEO to replace Emma Shand who resigned from the role.
