See promotions Free SG Stock Coupon 10.00SGD & SG commission free 180Days. Why me PANDA make a big fuss out of these? Because me have been always want to try SG markets. But SG have been very forbidden for small fry investor like me a panda monk.
Why? Because unlike US markets which minimum lot = x1Share. SG markets minimum lot = x100Share. Although there is a SingTel 10 which minimum lot = x10Shares. Althought SG ETF is mimimum lot = x1Shares. Suspected SG ETF not mean S-REIT or is it? But buying 1ETF of 0.60SGD when commission is a 1.00SGD. The me PANDA is not that stupid right?
And x100Shares of DBS you will cry. Not counting the commission fees. Because even x1Shares of DBS will take me 3Weeks to cut-costs save up.

So what to buy in these 180Days of commission-free. Me recommend SRT or SRU a CSOP iEdge S-REIT ETF. (Just discover SRT is in SGD where 10.00SGD cash coupon can apply. SRU is in USD where cash coupon 10.00SGD cannot apply.) S-REIT is most returns in dividends & gains for STI. Reported as second-fifth best after 3Banks blue-chips = DBS OCBC UOB. If SIA 747s are not shot down by PLA flying to Taiwan. Then the 4th blue-chip = SIA.
See above Pandas SG LT my paperfolio. SG tickers except STI index are not available in Investing .Com . So buy all my SG mentioned tickers blind in Panda Expected Returns calculations. But AAPL +90% is still my number1 choice.
Click above CSOP iEdge S-REIT ETF - news. If 1Q = +10%. And S-REIT dividend is +7% as last reported. Then CSOP iEdge S-REIT ETF 2023 Expected Returns = +10%x4 +7% = +47%.
Note: no commission fees at 0.00SGD. But there is a platform fees of -0.99SGD acting on 8%GST = -1.07SGD fees.
By right. Minimum 1.00SGD amount spent on SG ETF. +10.00SGD cash coupon amount will be credited to SGD accounts T+3D. So it is worthwhile for that -0.99SGD platform fees.
