Reverse Split Proposal

$WeWork(WE.US)$ Proxy filed yesterday contains an authorization for the BOD to allow for a reverse stock split. That might explain the weakness today but then again, if the bond restructuring doesn't go through I don't think I'd hold at 48 cents a share.
