Beijing New Oriental Xuncheng Network Technology, an affiliate of Koolearn, recently introduced Nyingchi Tencent Technology as a new shareholder which holds a 9.99% stake, Chinese media cited information from Tianyancha.

New Oriental Education & Technology Group is the largest shareholder of Beijing New Oriental Xuncheng Network Technology, with a stake of 77.49%.
