$Credit Suisse(CS.US)$ anyone know anything about the issuance of 1 ubs share for every 22.48 cs shares thing the ubs chair talked about in the meeting on Tuesday? I'm curious on how that is suppose to work.

73128960 : Well, is simple as that. You got it. If UBS is $22.48 then CS is 1. For UBS at 20.8 right now. Then is .9252 for CS. About 5% under, that’s why I am buying all in for 5% dividend plus 4 increases. All within the month of April. Not bad for 10% gain in a month and potential just take off to hit 1.5 for CS
71634509OP 73128960: I think you got it twisted, my friend. the chair talked nothing about the share price. he spoke on it as if it would be issued shares . 1 share of ubs stock for every 22.48 cs shares owned is what was said. you can YouTube it. The reason I'm asking about it is due to no further information being said on it throughout the rest of the meeting.
Leefh : I thought the dividend being cancelled by the board. The share exchange ratio 1 UBS for 22.48 CS is mentioned during the merger announcement and expect the merger completion before year end.
