$Seatrium(S51.SG$ Sembcorp Marine (SembMarine) S51 2.52% is proposing to have its name changed to Seatrium after the completion of the merger with Keppel Offshore & Marine (Keppel O&M).
Seatrium is a combination of the words “sea” and “atrium”, which reflects the business and its aspiration to become a “premier global player providing innovative engineering solutions for the offshore, marine and energy industries,” explains SembMarine.
The name change will be subject to the approval of the group’s shareholders.

the name of the Company be changed from “Sembcorp Marine Ltd” to “Seatrium Limited” and that the name “Seatrium Limited” be substituted for “Sembcorp Marine Ltd” wherever the latter name appears in the Constitution of the Company;
