This new Chairman is expected to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the coffee giant.
Following a statement issued by the founder, Howard Schultz, announced that the CEO of $RECKITT BENCKISER GROUP PLC(RBGPF.US$, Laxman Narasimhan would be working with a commitment to obtain at least one barista shift each month. This willingness is in value of a leading brand that seeks to provide excellent customer service in-hand with a company that vocalizes the wellbeing of their employees.
This sort of optimistic approach may prove to be the future of Starbucks culture and corporate guidance despite the mixed reactions with those in-favor commending this dedication while others questioning the practicality of this new CEO's intended actions.
