every time the government gets involved the situation became very difficult their jobs is not to run the economy .their job is to remove delinquent from the street permanently and to assure the safety of the citizens and to have a good house budget

101814969 : Yes, very true indeed as government the world over has this basic task, it has other duties to its citizens such as safety, sovereign protection and financial well being of the people.
The government in question has unfortunately fails in many aspects of governance and indulge in Cold war mentality and other negativity. Sad
Fortunately we're on the other side of the world and the impact of any would be indirect at best. So, don't put all your eggs in one basket and look around for other unpopular but potential oasis. Good luck, folks
