right now we have to take into account bearish sentiments and the Fed's manipulation of interest rates to look past the charts. as has been demonstrated by the recent bank failures,higher interest rates have wiped out the ability for many companies...even whole industries ... to survive,much less prosper. thus I think there will be spikes and downturns that will move outside of technical analysis. when the market stabilizes I expect technical analysis to regain its advantages.
