How would you trade when market sentiments conflict with technical analysis?
Views 83K Contents 111

Market Sentiment is dependent upon their being buyers

No matter how much good news is released or how great the technicals are looking, none of that matters if their arent investors buying which is called liquidity.
The market today is having trouble because of too much distressed debt investing has occurred. So banks and hedge funds cant provide a liquid market.
By allowing too many SPACs and unprofitable companies to join the market they have created a whiplash of bad debt securities that they are now having to deal with. Their bubble is bursting.
Probably best to not trade. But if you must use a 10% stop-loss and dont reinvest too fast. Look for stocks that have a 2-3 day consolidation to be extra safe. $MicroCloud Hologram(HOLO.US)$  and $QualTek Services(QTEK.US)$  are good consolidated stocks.
