The Mouse Trap 🐁

It is no surprise $Disney(DIS.US)$ has been sent to the swamps of impact since the outbreak of COVID-19. The struggle to balance safety concerns, capacity limits, financial viability and now the political pressure of the State of Florida.
Disney World is not only a theme park, but also a major economic engine for the State of Florida. Before the epidemic, Disney World alone attracted over 100 Million visitors a year generating an estimated $21 Billion in economic activity and supporting more than 75,000 jobs in the region.
Affliction applied by the State of Florida has jeopardized one of the most popular tourist attractions of the world. In the event, Disney were to decide to leave Florida the impact on the States economy would be devastating. Moreover, the ripple effects of Disney's departure would be felt across the world.
There is no current information about any decisions or even discussions of departure out of the State from Disney and it would certainly not be an easy decision to be made. Florida has a diverse and growing economy that offers advantages to businesses and residents such as lower taxes, favorable weather, and cultural diversity. These terms of course are tampered with as the State of Florida most recently revoked Disney's self-governing power.
Despite a significant drop in revenue and potentially leading to other bankruptcies, what would it take for Disney to see a turnaround?
