What happened to FRC is an unfortunate feed-forward loop of fear>bank run> stock rout which lead to more fear and deposit withdrawal.. Like a self-fulfilling prophecy. Hope the fear stops and confidence comes back. FED taking right steps to improve temporary liquidity.
