More importantly, is the FED done with QE? The FED reversed their QT and undid almost all the tightening or unwinding of their balance sheet.
Is the run to perceived safety over?
Truth is that there is a lot going on. A lot has happened. And there is a lot to go over. The FED threw a wrench into everything with their reversal from tightening to easing. They say they are done, but they lie. Also I am traveling and don't have my full charts. I am extremely tired, and my team lost yesterday 😔
I can sum it up with this: the longer dated government treasuries from at least 2015 onward are POISON, but who ingested it and what is it going to kill next. So far, it has caused the UK pension failure and bailout (also the US pensions, but those were bailed out with hidden covid money, so you wouldn't know the pensions are failing), and now the US banking failure. This is not limited to US banks or Credit Suisse. Nearly every bank and major institution or fund around the world holds these. So what fails next?
And here I will enter a side note. This is not a crash, yet. Yes, it should drop a lot, and yes, it should make a new low. But iam not predicting a crash. This is a correction. Could something cause a "crash"? sure, but that's not what I'm predicting. Generally, these contagions can drag out.
$E-mini NASDAQ 100 Futures(JUN4)(NQmain.US$ I expect we go down. How far? 12500 seems like a good holding point.
we are at a turning point. We have run almost about as high as we can to keep the current structure. 12808 on Nasdq or 313 on QQQ. If we drop to 12500 and then climb back up to 12808 and get rejected, that should create another divergence. If it breaks 12808 decidedly, then 13300-13500 is the target. IF we reach 12808 and fail as I presume, then we are in the 3 wave down (finally 🙄), and the downside target is 11500 with under 10000 as a final destination. Wave 3s are long and strong, sometimes violent... but if we break 12808 (313.68), then we are completing the full previous structure. The upside targets would be 13300- 13500 or QQQ 319- 329.
