$AMC Entertainment(AMC.US$ $AMC Preferred Equity Unit(APE.US$ Everyone is saying they dont have enough votes and thats why AA is begging, but i see it as, AA is out begging for everyone to vote so when it passes he can say that he did his DD. He will always cover his ASS.

SLOBB : I voted NO with my shares. I know all the people in my circle that I introduced to AMC all voted NO. That’s really all we can do, share and spread the information and vote our shares. All the DD in the world doesn’t mean shit until the end comes. Either we are right or we are wrong. If they broke the law before they will do it again to survive and the only way they survive is if we sell. The conversion and reverse split would hurt is, but it doesn’t mean it’s over.

Revenues from tickets and concessions are rapidly growing and more movie releases means they will continue to rise, perfectly popcorn is on sale in Walmart now, AMC credit card is coming out in 2023, they still have 4 billion shares of APE to sell as well. Not enough? How about AA sacks up and if the company is in need of money, talks to us Apes honestly and says I need all 400 million of you to buy this $100 NFT? I would buy 10 if it prevented bankruptcy, shit, I’d buy 5 right now if it guarantees APE is converted and I get to keep 100% of my shares. AMC share price doesn’t matter, wake the hell up!
