Moomoo Rewards : Hello. Regarding your proposed restrictions on the expiration date of points and the number of times you can redeem them in the marketplace, I'm sorry for the bad user experience.
Here are a few main points to explain to you:
1. The validity period of points is set to be valid for 2 years. Currently, there are still products that can be redeemed in the mall. You can redeem them within 2 years, which is also quite generous. We also looked at all walks of life. Basically, they all have an expiration date, which is between 1-2 years;
2. Limit the number of exchanges in the mall. We also hope to provide more products to ensure that most customers can redeem their favorite products. Also, we do not limit the exchange of virtual products. In the future, we will release new customers' favorite products one after another for everyone to redeem.
