"If one or more Qualified Bids are received by the Bid Deadline, then the Debtors shall conduct the Auction with respect to the Assets. The Auction shall commence on March 7, 2023 (prevailing Eastern Time) at 9:00 a.m. (prevailing Eastern Time), via live auction and/or remote video, or such later time or other place as the Debtors determine, in which case the Debtors shall timely notify all Qualified Bidders of such later time or other place, and file a notice of the change on the Court’s docket for these Chapter 11 Cases.”
