Per post 03/02/23 (Bulls want above 3969 & Bears below), closed above 3969 reached target 4044.

Currently, Bulls do not want to see D1 close below 3930, while Bears do not want to see D1 close above 4124. Closes beyond these will update levels and plan.

This week we have speeches, Tues. Wed., and #, Fri., with CPI 15th and FOMC 22nd…
