  • BishMill : Really, what is it now? Where can I see this, Ortex?

  • allen kidd BishMill: need to pay for an account on Ortex. They have a free account you could use, but you can't see any information because it's blurry until you pay for a plan.

  • BADangerzone : What’s the ctb now, 195%?! 🙋‍♂️

  • intuitive Jackal_354 : my opinion is that shorts haven't covered yet. instead more shares were borrowed to start a new 6 day cycle. the ortex info is 2 days behind the market which means monday or Tuesday is the new t6 day to cover. also as the price goes up the pain threshold increases but instead of on just the oriental float, they have to cover double on the excess of float. the original cost to borrow remains the same on the original float, but with a second gloat starting they are using the second to pay the first thus giving the illusion of lower cost to borrow.  smoke and mirrors kinda magic but in the end twice the pain.

the shorts are reborrowing over and over but sooner than later market call happens  t6 and they have to make good, or pay the fine, or borrow more. every time they borrow more they double up on the damage they inflict financially and costs.  the numbers you see are the adjustment on newly borrowed shares.

  • intuitive Jackal_354 : in the end there is always a bag holder, even if they cover someone has to pay the sec fines and lose the privilege to short. illegal no. should it be yes
