1st. Why limit redemption 2 items per years? Then what I can do with the balance points?.
Let them expire?
2nd. Can we have items to redeem for SG market? We are in Singapore, why only can redeem useful items for HK and US market?.
3rd. Spend points to get SGD20 but need to deposit SGD20K in order to use? Measure the risk..
Why can't Moomoo have free commission vouchers, rebate vouchers, shopping vouchers food voucher etc for SG market? Other platform is improving.. Moomoo do your parts for your supporters.

Nothing much I can exchange with the points and to exchange items , we need double amount of points as compared to 2 years ago. Nothing improved for SG market too. No cash coupons, no free commission coupons no rebates.. But all other platforms have catch up.. ya, u do agreed moo platform is user-friendly.
