What's been so incredible?
@lastnite24 “Short term was completely unexpected”
I averaged 3 different companies towards the end of October, which I thought could be great long-term (but financially might need to grow a little). I have traded didiy (formerly didi) in the past and made and lost money on it. I run under the assumption that most stocks have a bottom price of a dollar, but it's kind of a well-known fact, so it never hits that price. I think my average price was 1.80 a share, and I didn't think that would be the low, so I didn't get as much as I wanted to. 3 months later, I'm up 140% or so. View more>>>
@ZnWC "Unexpected trading story to share - SIA stock"
I started to invest in SIA (Singapore Airlines) 2 years ago when the company's share price was at all-time low due to the pandemic. All travel was halted due to the lockdown, and SIA, like all aviation companies, was badly hit. Out of conviction, I bought the share (by DCA) and held it - something that most investors are not willing to do because the company has stopped issuing dividends. Is it worth it? Definitely, yes! when I received a handsome dividend last December, and the stock turned green in my portfolio. View more>>>
It's a sad story, but there will always be a silver lining no matter how.

Understand that stock market investing entails risk, and that not all investments will perform as expected. It's normal to suffer losses and setbacks, but it's critical to keep a level head and avoid making rash decisions based on emotions. View more>>>
@winblessing "Will it be green?"
Never have I ever understood my bad stock play till I accept my own losses. Do not just blindly play stocks without risk management is the first learning point for me. How I wish I could turn back time. View more>>>

Meta MooOP GodSpeed289: hi, Park-San. Thank you for your feedback. We took a look at your posts under this discussion, and we noticed the tools you used are not the ones required in the description. (P/L, Positions or Trade Records.) That's why we could not give you points. These methods are to show your real trading records, which is very crucial to discussion like this. We assume that you have no idea how to get access to these functions, so here is a guidance post, New Interface for "Trading Notes": Make trading journals easier and more efficient if you have any other question during the process, or still cannot find the entrance. Please feel free to contact us. Thank you for your feedback, we hope this answer will clear your doubts!
