Panic Selling... perhaps some cash rich organisations or individuals intentionaly selling below the asking price to drive down the price and cause the retail traders and retail investor to sell their shares in panic. And if price drop to their target price.. they will buy most of the available shares at dirt cheap price and benefit from Buyout in the near future.
