Baird analyst Mircea Dobre downgraded $Caterpillar(CAT.US)$ to Neutral from Outperform with a price target of $230, down from $290. The analyst believes the shares "are nearing a cyclical pivot point" following the strong recent outperformance.

Advance Auto Parts Downgraded to Neutral From Buy at Roth MKM

Roth MKM analyst David Bellinger downgraded $Advance Auto Parts(AAP.US)$ to Neutral from Buy with a price target of $140, down from $180. The firm says that following an impressive Q4 print from peer O'Reilly Automotive (ORLY), it can no longer dismiss the "serial underperformance" of Advance Auto.
